When Todd Richter graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 1981 with an MBA, he set off on a career that would redefine healthcare investment research. He spent 18 years at Morgan Stanley, leading its healthcare equity research division, before joining Bank of America in 1999. There, he continues to serve as managing director of the global healthcare investment banking group.
